Interactions

The Interactions page is your lead engagement hub. This is where you see every prospect your campaigns have touched and every enriched lead from your data lists — all in one place. You can search, filter, review conversations, reply to leads, and export data to CSV.

Accessing Interactions

Click Interactions in the main navigation bar.

Two Views: Campaigns and Lists

The Interactions page has two modes:

Campaigns ViewLeads engaged by your outreach campaigns — people your AI SDRs have contacted via email or LinkedIn.Default view when you open the page with no list selected.
Lists ViewEnriched leads from your uploaded data lists — prospects that have been researched and scored by Wyra's AI.When you select a specific list from the List filter dropdown.

You switch between views using the List filter in the filter panel.

What's On the Page?

Top Bar

ElementDescription
Back to ListsAppears when you navigated here from the Lists page. Click to go back.
Active Filters CountShows how many filters are currently applied (e.g., "2 filters active").
Show Filters / Hide FiltersToggle button to expand or collapse the filter panel.
Export CSVDownloads all currently visible leads as a CSV file. Disabled when no data is available.

Campaigns View Filters

Click Clear Filters to reset all filters at once.

Leads Table

ColumnWhat It Shows
ActivityThe date and time of the last interaction with this lead.
ProspectThe lead's name, job title, and location. Below the name, you'll see small icons for email, LinkedIn, and phone.
CompanyThe company name, industry, and headquarters location. Includes clickable icons for the company website and LinkedIn page.
Outreach ScoreA score from 0 to 100 estimating how likely this lead is to engage. In Lists view, this shows as "Relevance Score" instead.
StatusA colored badge showing the lead's current engagement status.

Outreach Score Colors

Score RangeColorWhat It Means
80–100GreenHigh likelihood of engagement. Prioritize these leads.
60–79Yellow-GreenGood potential. Worth pursuing.
40–59PurpleModerate potential. May need a different angle.
Below 40GrayLower likelihood. Consider whether the targeting is right.

Lead Statuses

Clicking on a Lead

Lead StatusWhat Happens
Contacted or RepliedOpens the Contact Drawer with the full conversation history, reply composer, and lead details.
PlannedShows a message: "No messaging history found. This lead hasn't been contacted yet."
EnrichedOpens the Enriched Lead Drawer with the full profile, company intelligence, and AI-generated outreach strategy.

The Contact Drawer (Campaigns View)

When you click on a contacted or replied lead, a full-screen drawer opens with three main areas:

Toolbar (Top)

AllAll leads across all statuses.
SentOnly leads who have been sent messages.
RepliedOnly leads who have replied.
InterestedOnly leads marked as interested.
  • A scrollable list of all leads matching the current filter.
  • Each lead card shows name, title, company, and a profile photo (or initials).
  • Click any lead to view their conversation in the main panel.
  • Includes search to find specific leads.

Right Panel — Conversation Timeline

  • Shows the full email or LinkedIn conversation history with this lead.
  • Messages are displayed in chronological order.
  • Each message shows the sender, timestamp, and full content.
  • At the bottom, you'll find the Reply Composer.

Reply Composer

Message BoxType your reply message here.
CC FieldClick to add CC recipients. Enter email addresses separated by commas.
AI ReplyClick the sparkle icon to generate an AI-suggested reply based on the conversation context.
SendSends your reply via email.
DiscardCloses the reply composer without sending.

LinkedIn replies are not currently supported from the drawer. Email replies work fully.

The Enriched Lead Drawer (Lists View)

When you click on an enriched lead, a full-screen drawer opens with detailed profile information:

Contact Information

FieldWhat It Shows
EmailWork email address. Click to copy.
PhoneMobile number if available. If not, you can request mobile enrichment with a single click.
LinkedInLink to their LinkedIn profile. Click to open.
LocationWhere the lead is based.

Professional Background

  • Headline — Their LinkedIn headline or professional summary.
  • About — Their LinkedIn about section or bio.

Work Experience

  • A timeline of their career history — company names, titles, dates, and descriptions.
  • Current role is highlighted.

Education

  • Schools attended, degrees earned, and fields of study.

Company Intelligence

Exporting to CSV

Click the Export CSV button in the top bar to download your leads data. The file is automatically named with today's date.

What Gets Exported (Campaigns View)

Name, Title, Company, Industry, Location, Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL, Company Website, Status, Outreach Score, Emails Sent, Opens, Replies, Activity Date.

What Gets Exported (Lists View)

The same columns but with "Relevance Score" instead of "Outreach Score."

Infinite Scrolling

The table loads 50 leads at a time for fast performance. As you scroll down, more leads load automatically.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Interactions

  1. Check Replied leads daily. These are your warmest prospects. The sooner you follow up, the better.
  2. Use the AI reply feature. When a lead replies, click the sparkle icon to generate a contextual response.
  3. Filter by Platform to understand channel performance. See which channel is driving more engagement.
  4. Export regularly for reporting. The CSV export includes all key metrics.
  5. Pay attention to Outreach Scores. Leads with scores above 80 are your best bets.
  6. Use the Enriched Lead drawer for call prep. Open the lead's profile to see their background, pain points, and suggested talking points.
  7. Review the Outreach Strategy before calls. The AI-generated opening hooks, discovery questions, and objection responses are practical tools for live conversations.

Quick Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
No leads showing upYour campaigns may not have started sending yet. Check the Campaigns page to verify your campaigns are active.
"Launch your Campaigns" messageYou haven't run any campaigns yet. Go to Outreach > Campaigns and create your first campaign.
Can't click on a Planned leadPlanned leads haven't been contacted yet, so there's no conversation to show.
Reply not sendingMake sure you've typed a message and the lead has an email address. LinkedIn replies are not supported yet.
Enriched leads not appearingSelect a list from the List dropdown in the filter panel.
Export CSV button disabledThere are no leads to export. Check your filters.
Outreach Score showing "--"The score hasn't been calculated yet for this lead.
