Dashboard

The Dashboard is your real-time command center for outreach performance. It gives you a bird's-eye view of everything happening across your campaigns — how many leads you've reached, how they're responding, which industries and company sizes you're targeting, and how much time and money your AI SDRs are saving you.

Accessing the Dashboard

Click Dashboard in the top navigation bar to access your analytics.

Row 1: Outreach Metrics (5 Cards)

Five cards across the top give you an instant snapshot of your outreach activity. Each card shows a number, a trend indicator, and a mini chart showing the metric's direction over time.

CardWhat It Shows
Leads ReachedThe total number of unique leads your campaigns have contacted.
Emails SentThe total number of emails sent across all campaigns.
Connections MadeThe total number of LinkedIn connection requests sent.
Conversations InitiatedThe total number of LinkedIn messages sent.
Reply RateThe percentage of emails that received a reply (e.g., "8.73%").

Reading the Trend Indicators

Each card includes a small trend arrow and percentage change:

  • Green arrow up — The metric is improving compared to the previous period.
  • Red arrow down — The metric has declined compared to the previous period.

The mini sparkline chart next to each metric shows the trend over recent days, so you can quickly see whether things are heading in the right direction.

Row 2: Campaigns & Reply Intelligence (2 Widgets)

Two large panels sit side by side, giving you deeper insight into campaign performance and how leads are responding.

Outreach Campaigns (Left)

An interactive table listing all your campaigns with real-time performance data:

ColumnWhat It Shows
StatusA toggle switch showing the campaign's current state. Click to pause or resume.
NameThe campaign name with its creation date below. Hover to see the full name if it's truncated.
Email PerformanceThree colored badges: Replied (green), Sent (blue), and Pending (amber).
LinkedIn PerformanceFive colored badges: Replied (green), Messages Sent (blue), Connections Accepted (green), Connections Sent (blue), and Pending (amber).
ActionsA three-dot menu with "View Details" and "Archive" options.

What you can do here:

  • Click any campaign row to open the full Campaign Details modal with charts and lead-level data.
  • Click the status toggle to pause or resume a campaign (a confirmation dialog appears first).
  • Click the three-dot menu to view details or archive an active campaign.

Reply Intelligence (Right)

Shows how people are responding to your outreach, broken down by sentiment:

Three summary cards at the top:

CardColorWhat It Shows
Hot LeadsGreenThe number of interested replies and what percentage of total replies they represent.
Follow-upsYellowThe number of responses that need your attention.
Avg ResponseBlueThe average AI response time in hours.

Donut chart below:

A visual breakdown of all reply categories. Hover over any segment to highlight it and see the exact count. The legend next to the chart lists each category with its count and percentage — for example, "Interested," "Questions," "Not Interested," "Out of Office," and "Neutral/Other."

Row 3: Activity Charts (2 Widgets)

Two charts show your daily outreach activity for the current week, side by side.

LinkedIn Activity (Left)

A line chart tracking three LinkedIn metrics day by day:

MetricLine ColorWhat It Tracks
Connections SentBlueConnection requests sent each day.
Messages SentYellow-GreenLinkedIn messages sent each day.
Profile ViewsAquaProfile views received each day.

Summary totals for each metric appear above the chart. Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact number for that day.

Email Activity (Right)

An area chart showing daily email outreach volume:

  • The chart shows the number of emails sent each day of the week (Mon through Sun).
  • A gradient-filled area makes it easy to spot peaks and dips in your sending activity.
  • Hover over any data point to see the exact email count for that day.

Row 4: Demographics & Quick Actions (3 Widgets)

Three panels give you insight into who you're reaching and shortcuts to key workflows.

Top Performing Industries (Left)

A donut chart showing which industries your outreach is reaching:

  • Each colored segment represents an industry (e.g., Software Development, Financial Services, Healthcare).
  • The legend below lists each industry with its percentage of your total outreach.
  • Hover over any segment to highlight it and see the exact percentage.

Why this matters: Use this chart to see if your outreach is reaching the right industries. If a key target industry is underrepresented, consider launching a campaign specifically for that vertical.

Top Performing Business Sizes (Center)

A pie chart showing the company size distribution of your target prospects:

  • Each segment represents a company size range (e.g., "11-50 employees," "51-200 employees").
  • The legend below lists each size category with its percentage.
  • Hover over any segment to see details.

Why this matters: If you're targeting mid-market companies but most of your outreach is hitting startups, you know your personas need adjusting.

Quick Actions (Right)

Two shortcut buttons to help you take action without leaving the Dashboard:

ButtonWhat It Does
Create OfferingTakes you to the Offerings page to build a new offering.
Create CampaignTakes you to the Campaigns page to launch a new outreach campaign.

Row 5: Efficiency Metrics (4 Cards)

Four cards at the bottom show the impact of your AI-powered outreach — how much work your AI SDRs are doing and what it's saving you.

CardWhat It Shows
Email DeliverabilityThe percentage of emails that were successfully delivered (e.g., "95%").
Tasks CompletedThe total number of automated tasks your AI SDRs have completed.
Hours SavedThe total hours of manual work your AI SDRs have saved your team.
Cost SavingsThe estimated dollar amount saved by using AI-powered outreach (e.g., "$10.3K").

Each card includes a trend indicator and mini chart, just like the top-row metrics.

When the Page is Loading

StateWhat You'll See
Initial loadAn animated logo loader centered on the page while data is being fetched.
No campaigns yetAn animated background with the message: "Dashboard populates as outreach executes — activity builds your metrics."
Error loading dataA message: "Failed to load dashboard data. Please try again later."
note

The Dashboard only shows data once you have active campaigns. If you haven't launched any campaigns yet, you'll see the empty state message encouraging you to get started.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Dashboard

  1. Start your day here. The Dashboard gives you a morning briefing on outreach performance. Check Reply Rate and Hot Leads first — these tell you if your messaging is resonating.
  2. Watch the Reply Intelligence donut chart. If "Not Interested" is the largest segment, your targeting or messaging may need adjusting. If "Interested" and "Questions" dominate, you're on the right track.
  3. Use the activity charts to spot patterns. If email or LinkedIn activity drops on certain days, check whether your AI SDRs are running into sending limits or if campaigns are paused.
  4. Monitor industry and company size charts. These tell you whether your outreach is actually reaching your target market. Adjust your campaign personas if the distribution doesn't match your strategy.
  5. Pause underperforming campaigns quickly. If a campaign has high send counts but zero replies, pause it directly from the table and consider a different approach.
  6. Track efficiency metrics over time. Hours Saved and Cost Savings quantify the ROI of your AI SDRs — great data points for internal reporting.
  7. Use Quick Actions to stay in flow. Instead of navigating through menus, use the shortcut buttons to jump straight to creating offerings or campaigns.
  8. Click into campaign details for deeper analysis. The campaign row gives you a summary, but clicking opens the full modal with charts, lead lists, and detailed breakdowns.

Quick Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Dashboard showing empty stateYou need to launch at least one campaign before the Dashboard shows data. Go to Outreach > Campaigns to create your first campaign.
Metrics all showing zeroYour campaigns may be newly launched. Give your AI SDRs time to send messages — metrics update as activity happens.
"Failed to load dashboard data" errorTry refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try again in a few minutes.
Campaign toggle not respondingWait for the confirmation dialog to appear and click "Confirm." If the toggle doesn't respond at all, refresh the page.
Reply Intelligence showing no dataYou haven't received any replies yet. As leads respond to your outreach, this widget populates automatically.
Charts showing flat linesYour campaigns may have just started or are paused. Check campaign statuses in the table and make sure at least one is active.
Industry chart looks wrongThe chart reflects the industries of the companies you're actually reaching. If it doesn't match your expectations, review your campaign personas.
