Settings

The Settings page is where you manage your platform configuration, integrations, billing, team members, and account security. It's your control center for everything behind the scenes.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the navigation sidebar.

Settings Sidebar

The left sidebar organizes settings into two categories:

Platform Settings

Menu ItemWhat It's For

IntegrationsConnect and manage third-party tools like HubSpot.
Unsubscribe ListManage domains you never want to contact.

Account & Billing

Menu ItemWhat It's For
BillingView your subscription plan, payment method, and billing history.
Change PasswordUpdate your account password.
Invite Team MemberManage your team — invite new members, assign roles, and control access.

At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find a Logout button. The sidebar is collapsible — click the collapse icon to minimize it.

Infrastructure

The Infrastructure section gives you visibility into your sending setup.

Overview Cards

CardWhat It Shows
Total DomainsThe number of sending domains configured for your organization.
Total Email AccountsThe number of email accounts connected across all domains.
Email HealthAn overall health indicator for your email sending setup.

Domains Tab

ColumnWhat It Shows
Domain NameThe domain used for sending outreach emails (e.g., outreach.yourcompany.com).
Emails ConnectedHow many email accounts are set up under this domain.
StatusWhether the domain is Active (green) or Inactive (gray).

Email Accounts Tab

ColumnWhat It Shows
Email AddressThe specific email account used by your AI SDRs to send messages.
Total SentThe total number of emails sent from this account.
StatusWhether the account is Active (green) or Inactive (gray).

Export to CSV

Click the Export button to download your infrastructure data as a CSV file.

Integrations

Currently, one integration is available:

HubSpot

ElementWhat It Shows
Logo & TitleThe HubSpot logo and integration name.
Description"Sync meeting data to your CRM"
Status BadgeShows Connected (green) when linked, or no badge when disconnected.
Connected EmailWhen connected, shows which HubSpot account is linked.

How to Connect HubSpot

  1. Click the Connect button on the HubSpot card.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears explaining the benefits: deduplication, bidirectional sync, and record enrichment.
  3. Click Confirm to proceed.
  4. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page.
  5. After authorizing, you'll be redirected back to Wyra. The status updates to Connected automatically.

How to Disconnect HubSpot

  1. Click the Disconnect button on the HubSpot card.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears asking you to confirm.
  3. Click Confirm to disconnect.

Unsubscribe List

Manage domains that should never receive outreach from your campaigns.

Unsubscribe Domains Table

ColumnWhat It Shows
DomainThe domain name that's been blocked (e.g., competitor.com).
Added AtThe date and time the domain was added to the list.
ActionsA trash icon to remove the domain from the list.

The table is paginated at 10 domains per page.

How to Add a Domain

  1. Click the Add Domain button.
  2. A dialog appears with a text field.
  3. Type the domain you want to block (e.g., example.com).
  4. Click Add (or press Enter) to submit.

How to Remove a Domain

  1. Click the trash icon next to the domain you want to remove.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears.
  3. Click Confirm to remove it.

Billing

What you see depends on your account setup:

Managed Account

If your billing is managed by Wyra directly, you'll see:

  • A message: "Your account is managed by Wyra"
  • Contact details for your account manager

No Active Subscription

  • A message: "You don't have an active subscription"
  • A View Plans & Subscribe button

Active Subscription

Four information cards:

Current Plan Card

Plan TierYour subscription tier name.
PriceYour monthly or annual rate.
StatusWhether the subscription is active.
TermMonthly or annual billing cycle.
AI SDRsHow many AI SDRs you're using out of your total allocation.
Leads per MonthYour monthly lead allowance.

Billing Information Card

FieldWhat It Shows
Last PaymentThe date and amount of your most recent payment.
Next Billing DateWhen your next payment is due.
Next Billing AmountHow much your next payment will be.

Payment Method Card

FieldWhat It Shows
CardThe last 4 digits of your payment card.
BrandThe card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
ExpiryWhen the card expires.

Billing Contact Card

FieldWhat It Shows
NameThe name on the billing account.
EmailThe email receiving billing notifications.

To update billing info, click the edit/manage buttons on any card. You'll be redirected to a secure billing portal (powered by Stripe).

Change Password

Form Fields

Current PasswordYour existing password. Required to verify your identity.
New PasswordThe new password you want to use.
Confirm New PasswordRe-enter the new password to confirm it matches.

Password Requirements

  • 8 to 15 characters in length
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • No spaces allowed

Password Strength Indicator

StrengthVisualWhat It Means
WeakRed barPassword meets few requirements.
MediumYellow barPassword is okay but could be stronger.
StrongGreen barPassword meets all requirements.

Invite Team Member (Team Management)

Team Members Table

The table has five tabs to filter members by status:

All MembersEvery team member, regardless of status.
ActiveMembers who have accepted their invite and are currently active.
PendingMembers who have been invited but haven't accepted yet.
CancelledMembers whose invitations were cancelled.
ExpiredMembers whose invitations expired (invitations are valid for 7 days).

Table Columns

ColumnWhat It Shows
NameThe team member's full name (or "Pending" if they haven't accepted yet).
EmailTheir email address.
RoleTheir assigned role. For active members, this is a dropdown you can change.
StatusA colored badge showing their current status.
ActionsA three-dot menu with available actions (varies by status).

Member Status Badges

StatusBadge ColorWhat It Means
ActiveGreenThe member has accepted the invite and can access Wyra.
PendingYellowThe invitation has been sent but not yet accepted.
CancelledRedThe invitation was cancelled by an admin.
ExpiredGrayThe invitation expired after 7 days.

How to Invite a Team Member

  1. Click the Invite Team Member button at the top of the page.
  2. A dialog appears with two fields:
    • Email — Enter the person's email address.
    • Role — Select the role you want to assign.
  3. Click Send Invite.
  4. The person receives an email invitation. They have 7 days to accept.

Available Actions by Status

Changing a Role

  • Click the role dropdown next to an active member's name.
  • Select the new role from the list.
  • The change takes effect immediately.

Transferring Ownership

  1. Click the three-dot menu on an active member and select Transfer Ownership.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears with a warning.
  3. Click Confirm to proceed.

Transferring ownership is a significant action. The new owner will have full control over the organization.

Deleting a Member

  1. Click the three-dot menu on an active member and select Delete.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears.
  3. Click Confirm to remove the member.

Resending an Invite

  • Click the three-dot menu on a pending or expired member and select Resend Invite.
  • A new invitation email is sent, and the 7-day timer resets.

Cancelling an Invite

  • Click the three-dot menu on a pending or expired member and select Cancel Invite.

Logging Out

  1. Click the Logout button at the bottom of the settings sidebar.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to log out?"
  3. Click Confirm to sign out.

Quick Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Can't see billing informationYour account may be managed by Wyra directly. Contact your account manager.
HubSpot won't connectMake sure you have admin access to your HubSpot account.
Password update failingDouble-check that your current password is correct and new password meets all 6 requirements.
Invite not receivedAsk your teammate to check their spam folder. You can also resend the invite.
Can't change a member's roleOnly active members' roles can be changed.
"Invite Team Member" button not showingYour role may not have permission to invite team members.
Domain not being blockedAfter adding a domain, it applies to future campaigns. Leads already in active campaigns won't be retroactively removed.
Can't delete a team memberOnly admins and owners can delete team members.
Billing portal not loadingThe billing portal opens in a new window. Check if your browser is blocking popups.
