Signing Up

Requirements

  • A valid business email address (personal email domains like Gmail, Yahoo are not supported)
  • A phone number in international format
  • A strong password

Signup Process

  1. Go to run.wyra.ai and click Sign Up
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • First Name — Minimum 2 characters, letters and spaces only
    • Last Name — Minimum 2 characters, letters and spaces only
    • Email — Must be a business/education/government domain
    • Phone Number — Valid international phone number
    • LinkedIn URL — Optional but recommended
    • Password — Must meet complexity requirements
    • Confirm Password — Must match
  3. Check the Terms & Conditions checkbox
  4. Click Sign Up

Email Verification

After submitting the form:

  1. A verification code is sent to your email
  2. Enter the 6-digit code in the verification screen
  3. If you don't receive it, click Resend (available after 30 seconds)
  4. After verification, your account is created

Logging In

  1. Go to run.wyra.ai
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Log In
  4. You'll be redirected to your workspace

Forgot Password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email
  4. Set a new password
  5. Log in with your new credentials

Onboarding

First-time users are guided through onboarding after signup:

Step 1: Company Domain

Enter your company's website domain (e.g., yourcompany.com). This helps Wyra gather intelligence about your company.

Step 2: Company LinkedIn URL

Enter your company's LinkedIn page URL. Wyra uses this to pull company data, leadership information, and market insights.

Step 3: Organization Created

After submitting, Wyra creates your organization and begins building your company intelligence profile. You'll be redirected to the main application.

tip

If your company already has a Wyra organization, you may be prompted to request an invite from the existing admin instead.
