Subscriptions & Billing

Manage your Wyra subscription plan, billing, and payment details.

Accessing Subscriptions​

Navigate to Subscriptions from the navigation, or go to Settings → Billing.

Subscription Plans​

Wyra offers tiered subscription plans based on the number of leads per month:

Plan Selection​

  1. Choose your leads per month tier
  2. Select your billing term:
    • Monthly
    • Semi-annual (6 months) — includes discount
    • Annual (12 months) — best value with maximum discount
  3. Review pricing and features
  4. Click Subscribe

Agent Plans​

For more granular control, the Plans page offers:

  1. Agent Selection — Choose how many AI SDR agents you need (1-2, 3-5, 6-9, 10+)
  2. Term Selection — Choose 3, 6, or 12 months
  3. Email Expansion — Add additional email capacity
  4. Credits — Purchase additional credits (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise packages)
  5. Summary — Review total cost with savings calculation

Current Subscription​

View your active plan details:

  • Plan name and tier
  • Number of agents included
  • Leads per month allowance
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file

Payment​

Wyra uses Stripe for secure payment processing. When subscribing:

  1. You're redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page
  2. Enter your payment details
  3. Complete the purchase
  4. You're redirected back to Wyra

After Payment​

  • Success — Subscription is activated, you're redirected to a confirmation page
  • Failure — Payment failed, you can retry
  • Cancel — You cancelled the checkout process

Contact Sales​

For enterprise or custom plans:

  1. Click Contact Sales on the subscriptions page
  2. Fill in the contact form
  3. Our team will reach out with a tailored proposal

Managing Your Subscription​

  • Upgrade — Move to a higher tier at any time
  • Payment Method — Update your card in Settings → Billing
  • Billing History — View past invoices and charges
