Team Members
Manage your organization's team, invite new members, and control access through roles.
Accessing Team Members
Navigate to Settings → Invite Team Member.
Team Members Table
The table has five tabs to filter members by status:
| Tab | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| All Members | Every team member, regardless of status. Shows the total count. |
| Active | Members who have accepted their invite and are currently active. |
| Pending | Members who have been invited but haven't accepted yet. |
| Cancelled | Members whose invitations were cancelled before they accepted. |
| Expired | Members whose invitations expired (invitations are valid for 7 days). |
Table Columns
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The team member's full name (or "Pending" if they haven't accepted yet). |
| Their email address. | |
| Role | Their assigned role. For active members, this is a dropdown you can change. |
| Status | A colored badge showing their current status. |
| Actions | A three-dot menu with available actions (varies by status). |
Member Status Badges
| Status | Badge Color | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | The member has accepted the invite and can access Wyra. |
| Pending | Yellow | The invitation has been sent but not yet accepted. |
| Cancelled | Red | The invitation was cancelled by an admin. |
| Expired | Gray | The invitation expired after 7 days without being accepted. |
Inviting Team Members
- Click the Invite Team Member button at the top of the page.
- A dialog appears with two fields:
- Email — Enter the person's email address.
- Role — Select the role you want to assign.
- Click Send Invite.
- The person receives an email invitation. They have 7 days to accept before it expires.
Available Actions by Status

Changing Roles
- Click the role dropdown next to an active member's name.
- Select the new role from the list.
- The change takes effect immediately.
Transferring Ownership
- Click the three-dot menu on an active member and select Transfer Ownership.
- A confirmation dialog appears with a warning that this action will make the selected person the new owner and change your role.
- Click Confirm to proceed.

Transferring ownership is a significant action. The new owner will have full control over the organization.
Deleting a Member
- Click the three-dot menu on an active member and select Delete.
- A confirmation dialog appears.
- Click Confirm to remove the member.
Resending an Invite
- Click the three-dot menu on a pending or expired member and select Resend Invite.
- A new invitation email is sent, and the 7-day timer resets.
Cancelling an Invite
- Click the three-dot menu on a pending or expired member and select Cancel Invite.
- The invitation is revoked and the member's status changes to Cancelled.
