Artifacts

The Artifacts page is where you upload your sales collateral — case studies, customer testimonials, proposals, blueprints, and presentations. Once uploaded, Wyra's AI reads through these documents, extracts social proof, customer quotes, and proof points, and uses them to generate smarter outreach ideas and stronger offerings.

Accessing Artifacts

Navigate to CompanyArtifacts from the Company section sidebar.

What's On the Page?

The page is split into two columns:

Left Panel — Artifacts List (1/3 of the screen)

This is your document library. It contains:

  1. Upload Button — At the top. Click to upload a new document.
  2. Help Text — Below the button: "Note: Upload Blueprints, Customer Testimonials, Case Studies, etc."
  3. Artifact Cards — A scrollable list of all your uploaded documents, sorted newest first.

Each artifact card shows:

File NameThe name of the uploaded document. Truncated if too long.
Upload DateWhen the file was uploaded (e.g., "Jan 15, 2026").
Download ButtonA small download icon on the right. Click to open/download the original file in a new tab.
Delete ButtonA small trash icon on the right. Click to delete the artifact (with a safety check — see below).

Click any artifact card to select it. The selected card is highlighted with a colored border and background. The document preview loads in the right panel.

When you select an artifact, the full document is displayed here in an embedded viewer. You can scroll through the document, zoom in, and read it without leaving the page.

Empty state: If no artifact is selected, you'll see: "Select an artifact to view preview"

How to Upload an Artifact

  1. Click the "Upload Artifacts" button at the top of the left panel.
  2. Your system file picker opens.
  3. Select a file. Supported file types:

  1. The button changes to "Uploading..." while the file is being processed.
  2. Once done, you'll see a success message: "Artifact uploaded successfully".
  3. The newly uploaded artifact automatically appears at the top of the list and is auto-selected so you can see the preview immediately.

What happens behind the scenes after upload:

  • The file is securely stored in the cloud.
  • Wyra's AI immediately starts analyzing the document to extract social proof data (customer quotes, metrics, proof points).
  • The AI checks every 10 seconds for up to 40 seconds. Once extracted, the data becomes available across the platform.

How to Delete an Artifact

  1. Hover over any artifact card in the list.
  2. Click the trash icon on the right side.

Artifact is NOT used in any offeringA confirmation popup appears: "Are you sure you want to delete [filename]? This action cannot be undone." Click "Delete" to confirm.
Artifact IS used in an offeringThe trash icon is grayed out and disabled. Hover over it to see the tooltip: "Cannot delete: Artifact is used in an offering." You must first remove the artifact from the offering before deleting it.

How to Download an Artifact

  1. On any artifact card, click the download icon (arrow pointing down).
  2. The original file opens in a new browser tab.
  3. From there, you can save it to your computer.

What Does Wyra's AI Extract From Artifacts?

When you upload a document, Wyra's AI reads it and extracts social proof data:

Where does this extracted data go?

  • Customer Testimonials section on the Intelligence Tab — Auto-populated from uploaded artifacts.
  • Outreach Ideas — AI uses the extracted proof points to generate more targeted, evidence-backed outreach ideas. Ideas sourced from artifacts show an "Artifact" badge (teal).
  • Offerings — Artifacts can be linked to offerings (up to 3 per offering), enriching them with proof points, testimonials, and pain points from the document.

How Artifacts Connect to Offerings

When creating or editing an offering, you can attach up to 3 artifacts. The system then:

  1. Reads the artifact content.
  2. Generates suggestions for improving the offering — new pain points, solutions, business outcomes, cost-of-inaction statements, and objection handling.
  3. Presents a side-by-side comparison of your existing offering content vs. the new suggestions from the artifact.
  4. You can then:
    • Merge — Add the new content alongside existing content.
    • Replace — Overwrite existing content with the artifact-based suggestions.
    • Edit — Modify individual suggestions before applying.
    • Reject — Skip that section entirely.

The more documents you upload, the better your outreach ideas get. Each artifact gives the AI more context about what your company has actually delivered.

Quick Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Upload button is disabledYou don't have upload permissions. Contact your admin.
"Graph ID is missing" errorYour organization data hasn't loaded yet. Go to the Intelligence tab first, then come back.
Can't delete an artifactThe artifact is linked to an offering. Remove it from the offering first, then delete.
Document preview doesn't loadSome file formats may not preview in-browser. Use the download button to view the file locally.
No social proof extractedThe AI may need more time, or the document may not contain extractable social proof. Try uploading a case study with customer quotes.
