Lead Lists

The Lists page is where you upload prospect data, enrich it with AI-powered intelligence, and prepare leads for outreach. Upload a CSV file of LinkedIn profile URLs, and Wyra automatically enriches each lead with contact details, company intelligence, outreach scores, and a personalized outreach strategy.

Accessing Lists

Click Lists in the main navigation bar.

What's On the Page?

Lists Table

ColumnWhat It Shows
List NameThe name you gave the list when you created it.
TotalThe total number of records (LinkedIn URLs) in the list.
CreatedThe date and time the list was created, shown in your local timezone.
ActionsA three-dot menu with a "Delete" option.

Click any row to view the enriched leads from that list on the Interactions page.

List Statuses

Every list goes through a processing lifecycle after creation:

ProcessingBlueThe AI is actively enriching your leads — finding contact info, company data, and generating outreach strategies.
CompletedGreenAll records have been successfully enriched. Your leads are ready to view.
PartialAmberSome records were enriched successfully, but others encountered issues. You can still view the enriched leads.
FailedRedThe enrichment process encountered errors. Try creating the list again.

How to Create a List

Creating a list is a 2-step wizard.

Step 1: Upload & Map Your Data

CSV Upload Zone

  • Drag and drop a CSV file into the upload area, or click to browse your files.
  • Only .csv files are accepted.
  • Once uploaded, you'll see the file name and size. Click the X to remove it and start over.
  • Download sample — Click the link to download a template CSV file showing the expected format.

Column Mapping

After uploading, the system automatically detects your CSV columns and maps them to the required fields:

  • The system auto-detects common column names and maps them for you.
  • A green checkmark appears when a required field is mapped.
  • A blue checkmark appears when an optional field is mapped.
  • You can choose to skip any column that isn't needed.

Data Preview

Once mapping is complete, a Data Preview table appears:

  • Displays your rows with the mapped column values.
  • Each row shows a validation status:
    • Green checkmark — Valid row, will be processed.
    • Red X — Invalid row (hover to see the error).
  • Summary stats at the top show your valid and invalid row counts.
  • Toggle "Show invalid only" to see just the rows with problems.
  • Paginated at 100 rows per page.
warning

There's a maximum limit of 10,000 valid rows per list. If your file exceeds this, you'll see an error and need to reduce the number of rows.

Step 2: List Details & Configuration

Left Side — Basic Information

Title (required)

  • Pre-filled with your CSV file name (without the extension).
  • You can edit it to whatever name makes sense for this list.

Select Offerings (optional)

  • Choose up to 3 finalized offerings from your library.
  • Search offerings by name, industry, or description.
  • Offerings guide the AI's outreach strategy for each lead. The AI uses the pain points, solutions, and value themes from your selected offerings to craft personalized outreach angles.

Right Side — Enrichment Options

Phone Number Enrichment

  • A toggle switch you can turn on or off.
  • When enabled, the AI attempts to find a mobile phone number for each lead.
  • Credits are used only when a phone number is actually found and displayed.

Deep Research (Coming Soon)

  • This option is currently disabled.
  • When available, it will uncover additional signals like job postings, news articles, fundraising activity, and hiring trends.
  • Costs 3 additional credits per lead.

Credit Calculation

A Total Credits badge in the top-right corner shows the real-time credit cost:

Click Create List to submit for processing. You'll see a success message and be taken back to the Lists page.

How to View Enriched Leads

  1. On the Lists page, click any list row in the table.
  2. You'll be taken to the Interactions page with that list pre-selected.
  3. The Interactions page shows all enriched leads with full profile data, company intelligence, and AI-generated outreach strategies.

How to Delete a List

  1. Click the three-dot menu on any list row.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. A confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to delete [list name]? This action cannot be undone. All items and leads associated with this list will be permanently removed."
  4. Click Delete to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
caution

Deleting a list permanently removes all enriched lead data associated with it. This cannot be undone.

The Lists Workflow — From Upload to Outreach

  1. Upload a CSV — Provide LinkedIn profile URLs for your target prospects.
  2. Configure Enrichment — Choose offerings to guide the AI, enable phone enrichment if needed.
  3. AI Enriches — Wyra discovers contact details, company intelligence, and generates outreach strategies for each lead.
  4. Review Leads — View enriched profiles on the Interactions page. Check relevance scores, pain points, and suggested CTAs.
  5. Take Action — Use the AI-generated outreach strategies in your campaigns, calls, and emails.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Lists

  1. Start with your best prospect list. Upload the LinkedIn URLs of your highest-priority targets first.
  2. Select relevant offerings. Choosing 1–3 offerings gives the AI context about what you sell, so the outreach strategies are more targeted.
  3. Use the sample template. Download the sample CSV before your first upload to make sure your file format is correct.
  4. Clean your data first. Remove duplicates and invalid URLs before uploading.
  5. Enable phone enrichment for high-priority lists. Phone numbers enable multi-channel outreach.
  6. Check the Outreach Strategy for each lead. The AI generates opening hooks, discovery questions, and objection handling.
  7. Export enriched data for team sharing. Use the CSV export on the Interactions page.
  8. Create separate lists for different campaigns. Instead of one massive list, create focused lists for different industries, regions, or initiatives.

Quick Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
"Maximum 10,000 rows" errorYour CSV has too many valid rows. Split it into smaller files.
Many rows showing as invalidCheck the LinkedIn URL format. URLs must follow the pattern linkedin.com/in/username.
Column mapping not workingMake sure your CSV has a header row.
List stuck in "Processing"Enrichment takes time, especially for large lists. Check back in a few minutes.
Can't find my enriched leadsClick the list row to go to the Interactions page.
"No offerings available"You haven't created any finalized offerings yet. Offerings are optional for lists.
Credits seem too highCheck if phone enrichment is enabled — it adds 2 credits per lead.
