Inbox

The Inbox is your centralized messaging hub for all conversations between your AI SDR agents and prospects.

Accessing Inbox

Click Inbox in the navigation to access your messages.

Conversation List

The left sidebar shows all conversations with:

  • Contact name and company
  • Last message preview
  • Conversation status badge:
    • 🟢 Replied — Prospect has responded
    • 🔵 Contacted — Message was sent, no reply yet
    • 🟡 Pending — Awaiting action
  • Auto-reply badge — Indicates if the response was an auto-reply

Message Thread

Click on a conversation to view the full message thread:

  • Sent messages — Messages your AI agent sent
  • Received replies — Prospect responses
  • System messages — Notifications like AI SDR handoff alerts
  • Timestamps — When each message was sent/received

Conversation Progress

Each conversation shows a progress indicator reflecting the engagement stage:

  • Initial outreach
  • Follow-up
  • Reply received
  • Conversation active
