Offerings

The Offerings page is where you build, refine, and manage your sales offerings. Each offering is a structured pitch — targeting a specific industry, function, and technology area — packed with pain points, solutions, business outcomes, and social proof. Once an offering is finalized, you can launch a campaign directly from it.

LevelScore RangeWhat It Means
High60% and upThe offering is well-developed with strong pain points, solutions, and social proof.
Medium50% – 59%The offering is decent but could be strengthened with more detail or proof points.
LowBelow 50%The offering needs more work. Consider adding artifacts or refining the content.

Each individual section (Pain Points, Solutions, etc.) also has its own confidence indicator, so you can see exactly where the offering is strong and where it needs attention.

How to Create a New Offering

  1. Click the "Create Offering" button in the top-right corner.
  2. The AI-powered Offering Chat opens.
  3. The AI walks you through building the offering step by step — asking about your target industry, function, pain points, solutions, and more.
  4. As you chat, the offering takes shape. You can review and refine each section.
  5. When you're satisfied, finalize the offering. It moves from Draft to Finalized status.

The more specific you are during the chat, the better the AI crafts your offering. Mention real customer names, specific metrics, and actual pain points you've heard from prospects.

How Offerings Connect to Campaigns

  1. Build an Offering — Define your target audience, pain points, solutions, and proof.
  2. Finalize It — Lock in the content so it's ready for action.
  3. Create a Campaign — Use the offering as the basis for targeted outreach to prospects.
  4. AI SDR Executes — Your AI agent uses the offering's content to craft personalized messages.

The stronger your offering, the better your campaign performs. That's why confidence scores matter — they tell you when an offering is pitch-ready.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Offerings

  1. Start with your best-selling offering. Build your first offering around what you already sell the most.
  2. Upload artifacts first. Case studies, proposals, and testimonials give the AI real evidence to weave into your offering sections.
  3. Be specific during the chat. Instead of "we help with cloud," say "we help mid-market healthcare companies migrate from on-prem to AWS."
  4. Pay attention to confidence scores. Low confidence on a section? That's the AI telling you it needs more data.
  5. Use the Social Proof section in conversations. When a prospect says "prove it," you've got customer quotes ready to go.
  6. Create multiple offerings for different verticals. One offering for healthcare, one for financial services, one for retail.
  7. Review the Cost of Inaction section before calls. This is your urgency lever.
  8. Keep offerings fresh. As you close new deals, update your offerings with new proof points and testimonials.
